The Liebherr LTM 1050-3.1 is a German-engineered three-axle all-terrain crane — the standard industry choice for commercial construction lifts that exceed the reach and capacity of city cranes but do not justify mobilising heavy-duty 100-ton equipment. Its 38-metre telescopic boom clears four-storey building parapets at working radii up to 34 metres, making it the most frequently requested crane in our fleet for rooftop HVAC installations, precast panel erection, and mid-weight structural steel work across Al Dhannah commercial zones and Al Ruwais facility compounds.

50 Ton Crane Price, Dimensions & Hire FAQs

Key facts on our Liebherr LTM 1050-3.1 all-terrain crane for site managers and buyers.

AED 1,800 to AED 2,400 per 8-hour shift, including a certified operator, shackles, outrigger mats and insurance. Weekly and monthly hires are priced at reduced daily rates.

The Liebherr LTM 1050-3.1 is a 3-axle carrier, 2.55 m wide, with a gross weight of 36 tonnes. On full outriggers it needs a 7.2 m × 6.4 m footprint plus clear space for the slewing counterweight. Full transport dimensions are available on request.

No. A truck crane is built on a road lorry chassis, while an all-terrain crane like the LTM 1050-3.1 has 6×6 all-wheel drive and multi-axle steering. It drives to site on public roads like a truck crane but handles soft or uneven site access far better.

For unpaved sand and gravel sites we supply our 75-ton Tadano rough-terrain crane, which also gives more capacity at the same radius. The 50-ton all-terrain crane is the better choice on paved or compacted commercial sites.

Up to 44 m hook height on the 38 m main boom, with a maximum working radius of 34 m. At a 10 m radius on full outriggers it lifts 12.1 t with a 12 m boom.

We do not sell cranes. Renting gives you a certified, maintained 50-ton crane with an operator only for the shifts you need, without capital cost, certification or yard space. Our renting vs. buying comparison shows the numbers.
